Room was really comfortable with air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was nice with good shower pressure. Plus, the spa facilities and indoor pool looked inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. Breakfast included fresh pastries and a nice coffee selection, just what we needed before hitting the road.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby skiing areas, especially the lessons that catered to all ages. My kids loved hitting the slopes while my mum took her time taking in the winter scenery.

The absence of promised amenities like a pool was a letdown, leading to a frustrating start to our stay. The air conditioning in our room was broken, turning the night into an uncomfortable sweat session. Upon arrival, we faced housekeeping challenges as the first rooms offered were not cleaned, revealing a concerning lapse in cleaning standards. Additionally, noise levels were unexpectedly high, with loud disturbances from groups running through the hallways at night. Overall, this experience left much to be desired, hinting at inconsistencies that could benefit from management's attention.

Not so great stay

So I booked this place for 5 nights but ended up leaving after 3. My room was super hot even with the AC blasting. The breakfast area was a total mess with food everywhere, I get that kids make a mess, but c'mon! They really need to clean up better too. Overall, it just wasn't worth the money.

I gotta say, the staff was really on point. They treated my family and I like we mattered, and I especially liked how friendly the front desk was when we checked in late at night. They made it smooth for us and we felt right at home.

Upon entering, the hotel was in a shocking state. the exterior appeared abandoned and the lobby was dirty, with bathrooms that needed urgent attention. The room condition was another concern, having handled rooms with crowbar marks and nailed windows, definitely not what one expects. However, the friendly front desk staff were a rare bright spot in this disappointing experience.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed skiing lessons and hitting the nearby golf course. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!

The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in our room was noisy and had some issues. We had to keep it on low to sleep comfortably.
